Interior Designer Full Time New York, NY, US Responsibilities Maintain a professional appearance consistent with established dress code and image guidelines Ensure a welcoming client focused environment, which includes offering best in class service, in person, over the phone and through electronic communication Perform as an inspiring and motivating leader who can engage people fully in reaching goals and generating growth and long-term profitability. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, checkout, fitting room, and stock room to ensure the store is safe and inviting to customers. Work with sales team and management to ensure that each client issue is accurately resolved to the benefit of the business Take ownership and commitment to delivering results, while remaining aware of personal and store metrics Create personal sales and clientele experience strategies in partnership with the management team.
