Internal Medicine Physician - Caldwell Health Plaza

Job Description

Our organization is a physician-led, accountable multi-specialty group practice with over 650 providers, presenting an exciting opportunity for a full-time or part-time Internal Medicine Physician (MD/DO) . We invite new physicians to join our team at a state-of-the-art facility exceeding 60,000 square feet. Residents are welcome to apply. The schedule for this position includes 34 patient contact hours for full-time roles, with the flexibility of a 4- or 5-day work week. Call responsibilities will be shared with other qualified family medicine providers, approximately 1:40.

The Caldwell Health Plaza , which opened last fall, is a dynamic and fully operational facility that spans over 60,000 square feet. This Health Plaza caters to community members seeking wellness, diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation in a convenient location directly off I-84. It offers a wide range of healthcare services for families, including:

Pediatrics
Occupational Medicine
Diabetes Care & Education
Sleep Medicine
Orthopedics
Heart Care
Physical Therapy
Occupational Therapy
Podiatry
Maternal-Fetal Medicine (MFM)
Ear, Nose, and Throat (ENT)
Onsite Lab, X-ray, and Ultrasound

Qualifications:

Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree
Completion of an accredited ACGME/AOA Internal Medicine residency program
Board certification, or the ability to obtain it within three years of employment
Idaho medical licensure to practice in all areas of medicine
Valid registration for controlled substances with the Idaho Boards of Pharmacy & DEA
