As a Placement Strategist within Private Risk Solutions, you are at the center of the deal. You bring together producers, carriers, and clients to shape strategy, navigate complexity, and ultimately win. This role is equal parts technical expertise, relationship management, and deal leadership. Success in this role requires strong partnerships with carriers, the ability to deeply understand client needs, and the confidence to lead a consultative process that moves opportunities from initial discovery through binding.
