Job Responsibilities Develop prospects and sell Shelter insurance products. Bring on staff to perform general administrative duties and improve sales. Meet sufficient sales requirements and core business proficiencies. Manage financial responsibilities related to advertising contracts, telephone bills, utilities, and other agency expenses. Qualifications Motivated attitude and entrepreneurial spirit. Strong communication skills in a sales environment. Background in real estate, retail sales, education, coaching, or other fields is welcomed; prior insurance experience is not required.
