As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic technology, media, and telecommunications location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. You will support access control, use computer or tablet systems, and deliver exceptional customer service and communication. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $25.02 / Hour Job Schedule: Sat: 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM Sun: 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM What You’ll Do: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors at a technology, media, and telecommunications location while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and emergency response activities as appropriate. Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify unusual activity, hazards, and maintenance concerns. Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed, and help support authorized entry to restricted areas. Document patrols, incidents, observations, and completed security-related activities in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific policies. Minimum Requirements: Access control and badge experience is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
