As an Unarmed Patrol Officer supporting a dynamic technology, media, and telecommunications location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and respond professionally to site needs. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $21.75 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon08:00 AM - 04:00 PMTue08:00 AM - 04:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors at a corporate technology location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate. Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of office areas, common spaces, parking facilities, loading areas, and the surrounding perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity. Monitor access points and verify credentials in accordance with site-specific requirements, assisting with visitor management and directing guests as needed. Document patrol observations, incidents, and unusual conditions accurately and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and client representatives. Minimum Requirements: Possess at least 2 years of law enforcement, military police, or corrections experience. Possess at least 2 years of security-related experience. Possess supervisory experience. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
