Communications CoordinatorThe Dolores Huerta Foundation is seeking a Communications Coordinator to support digital communications, media relations, and development communications. This role plays a key part in advancing DHF's organizing, advocacy, and fundraising efforts through coordinated messaging, media engagement, and digital outreach.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate social media, email, and website content and campaignsServe as the initial point of contact for media inquiries and interview requestsPrioritize and coordinate approved interviews and communicate professional rejections as neededBuild and maintain email campaigns and digital content calendarsSupport CRM maintenance, segmentation, and data integrityAssist with donor and fundraising communicationsCreate and edit multimedia content, including short-form videoTrack and report on digital engagement and campaign performanceQualifications2+ years experience in communications, digital media, or nonprofit communicationsStrong writing, organizational, and time-management skillsExperience with email platforms, social media, and CRM systemsFamiliarity with media relations workflowsBasic video editing and design skills preferredCommitment to social justice and community-based workBilingual English/Spanish preferredCompensation $24.00 – $30.00 per hour, depending on experience.
