Assistant Director of Rehab – Skilled Nursing Facility

We are seeking an experienced therapist (PT, OT, or SLP) to step into an Assistant Director of Rehab role at a skilled nursing facility in Queens. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong clinician looking to transition into leadership while remaining hands-on.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in overseeing day-to-day rehab operations

• Support and guide therapy staff (PT, OT, SLP, PTA, COTA)

• Help manage scheduling, staffing, and workflow

• Ensure compliance with documentation and regulatory standards

• Participate in care planning and interdisciplinary coordination

• Provide clinical support as needed

What We’re Looking For:

• Licensed PT, OT, or SLP

• Skilled nursing facility experience preferred

• Strong organizational and leadership skills

• Hands-on, reliable, and able to manage both clinical and operational responsibilities
