Compliance Specialist

Compliance ManagerReporting to the Vice President, Ethics & Legal Compliance, this role is an integral part of the SPE Ethics & Legal Compliance department. With day-to-day oversight and input from the Vice President, this position is responsible for:Providing operational and project management support for global compliance objectives designed to mitigate company compliance risksLeading the SPE Ethics & Legal Compliance department's merger and acquisitions integration teamSupporting the design and development of new compliance operations initiatives to address evolving business and compliance requirementsCollaborating with business teams and relevant cross functional stakeholders to undertake additional activities as needed to address compliance requirements globallyPreferred Education: BA, BS7-10 Compliance operations experience
