Vice President - Branch Administration

Lead retail banking strategy and performance for an assigned market or region Drive sustainable membership growth and deepen member, consumer banking, and business banking relationships Enhance the member experience across branches and interactions Partner with executive leadership, community stakeholders, enterprise teams, and market teams to identify growth opportunities Use member feedback, surveys, employee information, and operational insights to recommend service improvements Develop and execute market-level growth strategies for memberships, deposits, consumer loans, business relationships, and services per member Drive service, sales, and growth objectives across the assigned market Identify market opportunities, trends, and competitive threats and recommend market-positioning strategies Collaborate with consumer lending, business banking, mortgage, investments, and other business-unit partners Represent Global Credit Union in the assigned community and maintain relationships with community organizations, business leaders, chambers of commerce, and economic development groups Participate in community initiatives, sponsorships, charitable activities, and internal and external events Lead, coach, and develop regional and branch leadership teams Build leadership capability through talent development, performance management, succession planning, and ongoing coaching Evaluate branch locations, market opportunities, facility investments, and future branching strategies Assess branch performance, member demand, market conditions, and growth potential to recommend expansion, consolidation, relocation, and closure opportunities Ensure branch resources, staffing models, and facilities support member experience and business objectives Contribute to strategic planning and support execution of organizational objectives Requirements Bachelor’s degree in business or finance Six years’ management experience in a related field may substitute for education Strong organizational, management, and communication skills Personal management experience Leadership and development experience for branch and retail leaders Experience driving membership, deposit, lending, business relationship, and service growth Ability to analyze branch performance, member demand, market conditions, and growth potential Ability to build relationships with community organizations, business leaders, chambers of commerce, and economic development groups Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in leading retail banking strategy and performance, focusing on sustainable membership growth and enhancing member experiences.
