- Preparar recetas increbles desde cero, siguiendo nuestras recetas para obtener resultados consistentes.
- Conocer y cumplir con los mtodos de cocina estndar, los estndares de calidad y las prcticas de cocina.
- Preparar una variedad de carnes, mariscos, aves, verduras y otros alimentos utilizando hornos, parrillas, freidoras y otros equipos de cocina.
- Seguir los estndares de saneamiento, mantener la estacin de trabajo limpia y organizada, y cumplir con todas las normas de manipulacin de alimentos.
- Hablar y comprender ingls es preferido.
- Capacidad para estar de pie durante largos perodos de tiempo.
- Capacidad para levantar hasta 50 libras.
