Required Qualifications PharmD Pharmacy or bachelor’s degree in pharmacy Oregon Pharmacist License upon hire. Preferred Qualifications Acute care hospital pharmacy experience, 1 year or equivalent experience Completion of ASHP-accredited PGY1 residency Why Join Providence?
