About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President for Lifecycle Marketing within its Global Marketing Services. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and scaling Lifecycle Marketing as a key growth engine, with a focus on acquisition, activation, usage, retention, and re-engagement. This role demands a leader who can set a global vision, build a differentiated offering, and drive commercialization, all while ensuring a strong connection between strategy, data, technology, and campaign execution. The VP will be a senior member of the Global Marketing Services leadership team, partnering closely with regional teams, and will be expected to have a deep expertise in Lifecycle Marketing, CRM, performance marketing, and growth marketing. Key responsibilities for the role include setting the multi-year roadmap for Lifecycle Marketing, owning the end-to-end offering, and driving product and roadmap development in collaboration with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in building and scaling new practices, a strong commercial orientation, and the ability to influence and lead in a global, multi-region environment. They should be adept at shaping product roadmaps, managing strategic partnerships, and have a deep understanding of the marketing technology landscape. The role also requires a leader with executive presence, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to build and inspire high-performing teams. A background in the payments, financial services, or commerce landscape is preferred, and a Bachelor's degree in a related field is desired, with an advanced degree being a plus.
