About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President for Strategic Marketing Advisory within its Global Marketing Services. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and scaling a global marketing advisory practice that goes beyond traditional campaign support to provide sustained C-suite counsel and enterprise-level marketing transformation. This role involves defining the advisory portfolio, creating scalable methodologies, and commercial models, and driving global commercialization with regional teams. The VP will also lead senior client engagements, partner with various internal teams, and establish a consistent global operating model. A key focus is on developing intellectual capital, and thought leadership, and defining talent requirements to build a senior advisory team. Applicants for this role at the company should have a minimum of 12 years' work experience, with a preference for those holding an advanced degree. The ideal candidate will have a background in marketing, business, or a related field, and a proven track record in building or scaling an advisory or consulting practice. Deep functional marketing expertise, executive presence, and the ability to connect various marketing agendas into integrated client solutions are essential. The role requires strong commercial judgment, financial acumen, and the ability to operate effectively in a global matrix. A client-first, solutions-oriented approach, and a deep understanding of the payments, financial services, or commerce landscape are also preferred.
