Licensed Clinical Analyst

A company is looking for a Patient Support Clinical Analyst. Key Responsibilities Review and evaluate clinical team performance on documentation and communications to ensure compliance with regulations and policies Analyze clinical interactions to identify trends and collaborate with departments to enhance patient experience Prepare internal quality reports and participate in training and audits related to clinical standards Required Qualifications Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or a degree in Nursing (BSN, RN) with an active nursing license Minimum of 2 years of QA/QC or clinical safety experience 2-3 years of experience in reimbursement, healthcare billing, or health insurance processing is recommended Ability to learn and understand medication guidelines, FDA regulations, and HIPAA compliance Must demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment
