This contract opportunity for a School Psychologist is onsite and spans the upcoming academic year, offering the chance to work closely with young learners to promote their academic, emotional, and social development.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychoeducational assessments and participate in the development of IEPs for elementary students
• Collaborate with educators, families, and school staff to create supportive educational plans and interventions
• Provide individual and group counseling services focused on enhancing student well-being and success
• Support the implementation of behavioral interventions and social-emotional learning initiatives
• Serve as a key team member in student support meetings, contributing expertise and insights
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation according to school policies and state guidelines

Qualifications:

• Active, valid Michigan School Psychologist license (required; must be included in application)
• Master’s degree in School Psychology from an accredited institution
• Previous experience working in a school setting is highly desirable
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse students and staff
• Ability to be onsite throughout the school year, with a flexible approach to either full-time or part-time schedules
