Contact Center Representative

Required Skills & Experience
• 3+ years of experience in a contact/call center role in the insurance industry\n\t• Experience working with documentation in a highly regulated field (insurance, healthcare, banking, etc.)\n\t• Typing speed of at least 8,000 KPH\n\t• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365, including Teams, Outlook, and Excel

Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Previous insurance industry experience\n\t• Experience communicating with insurance agents or brokers\n\t• Familiarity with insurance-tracking databases\nProduct-support or contact-center experience

These individuals will support customers by answering inbound calls, resolving questions, responding to email requests, and accurately entering information into an insurance-tracking database. They will also communicate with insurance agents and brokers to verify information and build the product knowledge needed to deliver an excellent customer experience.
