Salary Range: $45,000 - $76,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems on manufacturing equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance tasks, including lubrication, filter changes, and equipment calibration.
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions to minimize downtime and ensure continuous production.
• Read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints to aid in repairs and installations.
• Document maintenance activities, including repairs, parts used, and equipment status.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while performing maintenance tasks.

Recommended Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• 2+ years of experience in industrial maintenance
• Proficiency in troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
• Experience with preventative maintenance programs
• Strong understanding of safety protocols in a manufacturing environment

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with CMMS software (e.g., SAP PM, Maximo, Fiix)
• PLC troubleshooting and basic programming experience (e.g., Siemens, Allen-Bradley)
• Certification in a specialized trade (e.g., welding, hydraulics, pneumatics)
• Experience with robotic systems maintenance and troubleshooting
• Lean manufacturing or Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification
