Assistant Branch ManagerA growing commercial plumbing contractor is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager to support daily operations within the service division. This role works closely with the Service Manager to help coordinate technicians, manage schedules, and ensure service work is completed efficiently and to a high standard.This is a good fit for someone who has come from the field or service side and is looking to step into a leadership role.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport day-to-day operations of the plumbing service departmentAssist with scheduling and coordination of service techniciansHelp monitor technician productivity, quality, and job performanceSupport training, coaching, and development of field staffCommunicate with customers, vendors, and internal teams as neededAssist with reviewing work orders, invoices, and job costingHelp track department performance, labor, and workflowSupport service agreement management and customer follow-upEnsure safety standards and company policies are being followedAssist with service vehicle, tools, and inventory trackingRequirements2–5 years of experience in plumbing service or constructionBackground as a Service Technician or Lead Technician preferredBasic understanding of plumbing systems and service workflowsInterest in moving into a leadership or management roleStrong communication and organizational skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentProficiency with Microsoft Office and service-related systemsValid driver's licenseCompensation & BenefitsCompany vehicle or allowance + gas cardMedical, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with company matchPaid holidays and PTOGrowth path into Service Manager / Operations leadership RimePro Inc
