Veterinary Receptionist

Mission Pet Health is seeking a Receptionist who will serve as the first point of contact, manage scheduling, and support clinic operations. Responsibilities Operate a multi‑line phone system and greet clients with professionalism. Maintain accurate medical records, schedule appointments, and process financial transactions. Educate clients on preventive care and clinic services. Provide a calm, compassionate presence for clients and pets. Qualifications Passion for animal care and customer service. Strong communication skills and ability to manage stressful situations with judgment. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment. Team‑first mindset capable of working independently and collaboratively. Experience with veterinary software is preferred. Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays is required.
