At Boyce Law Firm, our Receptionist plays an important role in the day-to-day experience of our clients, visitors, and team members. We're looking for someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in staying organized, and can confidently manage a busy front desk while maintaining a professional and welcoming atmosphere.

This position is ideal for someone who is dependable, customer-focused, and comfortable balancing a variety of responsibilities throughout the day.

What You'll Do

• Welcome clients, visitors, and guests with professionalism and warmth
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls
• Schedule client appointments and assist with calendar coordination
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area
• Process incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and correspondence
• Assist attorneys and staff with administrative support as needed
• Handle confidential information with discretion and care
• Help ensure clients and visitors have a positive experience from the moment they walk through the door

Previous receptionist, administrative, customer service, or legal office experience is helpful, but we are most interested in finding someone who takes pride in providing excellent service and creating positive first impressions.

What to Expect

This is a full-time, in-office position located in Boyce Law Firm's beautiful downtown Sioux Falls office. You'll serve as the face of the Firm, welcoming clients and visitors while helping create a positive and professional experience from the moment they walk through the door.

You'll spend much of your day answering phones, greeting guests, coordinating appointments, and helping keep the office running smoothly. Success in this role comes from staying organized, communicating professionally, maintaining confidentiality, and creating a welcoming experience for everyone who interacts with the Firm.
