Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to identify the needs of children and families.

• Participate actively in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP), ensuring alignment with the child’s developmental goals.

• Monitor and analyze outcomes as a collaborative member of the multidisciplinary team to ensure effective service delivery.

• Foster strong relationships with children, families, and other team members to create a supportive and communicative atmosphere conducive to growth and learning.

• Provide educational and emotional support to parents and caregivers, equipping them with strategies and resources meant to enhance their child’s development and overall well-being.

• Utilize coaching techniques and natural environment teaching methodologies to address the individualized treatment plans.

• Ensure compliance with all relevant Federal and State regulations to maintain the health and safety of all program participants.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role focuses primarily on children from birth to age three who may have developmental delays or disabilities. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will be instrumental in helping these children acquire essential skills in physical, cognitive, social, emotional, and communication domains, thereby setting a solid foundation for their future development.

Qualifications\n

• Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work is required.

• You must possess an active LCSW license issued by the Department of Public Health.
