Pay:

• 1st Shift: $22.50/hr
• 2nd Shift: $23.00/hr

Shift Schedule:

• 1st Shift: Monday - Thursday, 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM
• 2nd Shift: Monday - Thursday, 3:30 PM - 11:30 PM

Job Overview: We're seeking skilled Welders to join a growing manufacturing team. In this role, you'll perform MIG, TIG, and Flux Core welding on steel products while ensuring quality, safety, and production standards are met.

Responsibilities:

• Perform welding and fabrication tasks on steel products
• Read tape measures, blueprints, and shop drawings
• Complete basic math calculations for accurate fabrication
• Grind, fit, and assemble components as needed
• Maintain a safe and efficient work environment
• Meet quality and production goals

Qualifications:

• Welding experience required and ability to pass a weld test
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic math
• Blueprint reading and fabrication experience preferred
• Aluminum welding experience is a plus

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Louisville, KY.

The pay range for this position is $22.50 - $23.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
