You will use judgment and discretion to collaborate with customers and drive quality business solutions. Your Future Duties and Responsibilities Gather project specifications, create business cases, and perform cost sheet analysis. Translate high-level business needs into detailed requirements for new capabilities and enhancements. Analyze data to identify business problems, trends, or process improvement opportunities. Create and execute test cases, provide root cause analysis, and develop corrective action plans. Verify delivery of customer needs and ensure quality. Build organizational knowledge to advance your career and mentor junior resources. Collaborate with Software Engineers, Architects, and team members to capture needs. Create deliverables such as business vision, requirements, and user interface designs. Build business cases and results measurement programs for senior leadership. Participate in the full software development life cycle within Agile scrum teams. Support requirements testing, including planning, documentation, and defect management. Ensure compliance with required standards and obtain necessary project approvals. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, conduct requirement walkthroughs, and lead sprint reviews. Required Qualifications 7+ years of work experience as a business analyst on a software-focused team. Knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies. Strong functional analysis and writing skills. Excellent communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment under tight timelines. Ability to multi-task and support multiple projects simultaneously. Experience with JIRA and Confluence. Desired Qualifications Minimum 10 years of directly related experience. Bachelor's degree. Compensation and Benefits The estimated salary range for this role in the U.S. is $62,900.00 - $139,300.00. Competitive compensation.
