Role Description

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients in both inpatient and outpatient environments, crafting personalized treatment plans tailored to individual needs

Educational Background

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or an equivalent degree from an accredited institution

Certifications Required

• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist
• CPR certification is preferred
