Director of Operations – ABA Centers of Pennsylvania Langhorne, PA ABA Centers of America is a provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy seeking an experienced business leader to oversee clinic operations and ensure efficient, compliant, and high‑quality service delivery. What You’ll Do Provide day‑to‑day leadership and management aligned with the company’s mission and core values Collaborate with leadership on the development, communication, and implementation of effective growth strategies and processes Motivate and lead a high‑performance clinical team Act as lead client‑care officer through direct contact with every client and stakeholder Ensure proper training for team members and verify adherence to timely documentation processes Work with leadership to ensure compliance with accrediting and licensing bodies Help maintain company finances in order, including approval of all department expenses and budgets Oversee and manage the safety of employees and clients Conduct tours of the facility as needed and stay in communication with referral sources and families Collaborate with leadership on compliance and quality assurance projects, maintaining weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports Work with the clinical team to facilitate crisis intervention and ensure adherence to medication policy and procedure Work to reduce and minimize missed client services Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree or higher strongly preferred 5+ years of experience in the Behavioral Health Industry preferred Knowledge of accounting and finance Knowledge of EMR/EHR and proper documentation Strong planning skills Leadership experience Benefits 21 paid days off (15 days of PTO, increasing with tenure, plus 6 holidays) Flexible Spending Account (FSA) and Health Savings Account (HSA) options Medical, dental, vision, long‑term disability, and life insurance Generous 401(k) with up to 6% employer match #J-18808-Ljbffr
