This full-time role is ideal for Speech-Language Pathologists who are passionate about supporting students on the Autism spectrum, including those who benefit from AAC devices. This contract position runs from August 2026 through June 2027, offering steady hours of 32.5–37.5 per week. Two SLPs are needed to effectively maintain manageable caseloads—typically 10 or fewer students—allowing you to focus on high-quality, individualized services.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC)
• Valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain
• Previous experience in a school-based setting preferred
• Skilled in working with students with Autism and AAC devices
• Strong collaboration and communication abilities
• Ability to adapt interventions and documentation to individual student needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech-language assessments and develop tailored IEP goals
• Deliver direct and consultative speech therapy, both individually and in groups
• Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and support staff to ensure student success
• Document student progress and maintain timely, accurate records
• Support and advocate for the use of AAC technology to enhance student communication
