Base Salary: $150,000 to $175,000 , depending on experience, plus performance incentives and a comprehensive benefits package.

Experience and Qualification Summary

Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline. Progressive marketing leadership experience within industrial manufacturing, engineering, infrastructure, or technical B2B markets is strongly preferred.

The successful candidate will demonstrate expertise in strategic marketing, digital marketing, market research, brand development, CRM and marketing automation platforms, sales enablement, customer events, and performance analytics. Strong executive communication skills, the ability to influence within a matrix organization, and a passion for developing high performing teams are essential.
