Responsibilities:What You'll Do
As a Licensed Real Estate Buyer's Agent , you'll guide homebuyers through every step of the purchasing process while delivering an exceptional client experience.
Responsibilities include:
- Meet with qualified homebuyers
- Conduct buyer consultations and home showings
- Prepare and negotiate purchase offers
- Guide clients from contract to closing
- Build long-term client relationships that generate referrals
- Maintain communication through our CRM platform
- Collaborate with our Inside Sales, Marketing, and Transaction Coordination teams
