Executive Director, Business and Administration, Neurology

The University of Cincinnati seeks an Executive Director of Business and Administration for the Department of Neurology. This role leads all business, financial, and operational functions supporting education, research, and clinical activities. The Executive Director oversees budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation; manages administrative staff; and drives process improvements that enhance efficiency and compliance. Partnering closely with the department chair, faculty, and campus leaders, this position advances strategic initiatives, supports grants and contracts, and ensures a student-centered, inclusive, and community-focused environment aligned with UC’s mission.
