QA Coordinator - REMOTE CONTRACT!

We are seeking a Junior IT QA/Application Analyst to join our Healthcare IT team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their IT career who is looking to gain hands‑on experience supporting enterprise healthcare applications, including exposure to both Workday and Epic. This role will work closely with senior team members to support day‑to‑day operations, assist with user requests, participate in testing activities, and help ensure a positive experience for end users. The ideal candidate is customer‑focused, collaborative, and eager to learn in a fast‑paced healthcare environment. Required: QA Background - 1-2 years Great attentiont to deal Bachelor's Degree Key Responsibilities Eperience using Jira. Familiarity with ITIL concepts or IT service management processes. Healthcare or hospital experience. Exposure to enterprise applications such as Workday, Epic, or other ERP/HCM systems. ITIL, Epic, Workday, or other relevant certifications are a plus. Ideal Candidate The successful candidate will be:Kind, empathetic, and patient when working with end users. Customer-service oriented with excellent listening skills. Comfortable presenting information and interacting with business stakeholders. A collaborative team player who enjoys helping others. Eager to learn new technologies and grow within Healthcare IT. Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT), validation, and issue resolution. Work directly with business users to understand application issues and provide exceptional customer service. Document incidents, enhancements, and testing results. Participate in system upgrades, implementations, and optimization initiatives. Track work items and project tasks using Jira. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure timely resolution of issues. Learn and gain exposure to Workday and Epic applications while developing technical and functional expertise.
