Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA Finance SME with strong expertise in Accounts Payable (AP) and solid exposure to Project Systems (PS). The candidate will play a key role in a large-scale S/4HANA transformation program for a global Aerospace & Defense organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead design, configuration, and implementation of S/4HANA Finance (AP) solutions
- Manage vendor invoicing, payment processing, and vendor accounts
- Translate business requirements into functional designs and solution architecture
- Implement best practices in:
- Vendor invoicing & payment terms
- Cash management
- Tax compliance
- Handle vendor master data, invoice verification, and reconciliation
- Create functional specs, documentation, and design artifacts
- Drive automation initiatives:
- E-invoicing
- Payment automation
- Workflow approvals
- Collaborate with stakeholders across finance, supply chain, and manufacturing
