Job Description CSRA is looking for a Senior Unified Communications Architect to lead a team in optimizing a Unified Communications strategy and roadmap. Top Skills Deep knowledge of Global VoIP and Contact Center platforms; CRM integration with contact center solutions; Public and private cloud communication architectures including SaaS; IP networking, LAN/WAN switching and QoS; Telephony dial plan design and call routing/control protocols Microsoft 365 Skype for Business Enterprise Voice experience; Avaya CM 6.3, Systems Manager, CMS, Elite Multichannel, Nice Recording; and Polycom RMX and room systems Qualifications 9-12 + years of business solutions experience.
