Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Welkins Mind Healthcare, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting thorough assessments and treatment planning tailored to the needs of clients, ensuring their unique circumstances are considered.

• Creating and consulting on pre-crisis and crisis intervention plans, behavioral guidelines, risk assessments, and pharmaceutical treatments as needed.

• Completing required documentation and reports promptly in compliance with regulatory guidelines, ensuring meticulous record-keeping that supports client care.

• Implementing evidence-based screening methodologies as recommended by the clinical team to improve treatment outcomes.

• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop positive behavior support strategies, enhancing the efficacy of interventions.

• Actively engaging in all licensing and accreditation processes to maintain organizational compliance and quality of care.

• Serving as a liaison with relevant service systems, community resources, and governmental entities, facilitating access to comprehensive support for clients.
