Key Responsibilities

• Manage Full-Cycle Searches from the initial consultation through to the hiring stage.
• Serve as a Strategic Client Partner, deeply understanding each client's unique hiring requirements, challenges, and corporate culture.
• Strategically Source Talent using our custom CRM/ATS and your personal networks alongside our advanced communication tools.
• Utilize Our Platform to handle candidates, track recruitment outreach, automate follow-ups, and maintain organization.
• Emphasize Permanent Placements that foster long-term value for clients as well as robust commissions for yourself.
