People Operations Analyst

People Operations Analyst
The People Operations Analyst will play a crucial role in coordinating the end-to-end pre-employment checks across North America. This position involves managing background checks, right-to-work verifications, and onboarding tasks to ensure a seamless experience for new hires.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end pre-employment checks for North America.
- Process background checks and right-to-work verifications.
- Manage pre-employment paperwork and onboarding tasks.
- Resolve screening issues and escalate as necessary.
- Provide live onboarding support in Workday.
- Monitor onboarding progress and SLAs in weekly meetings.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with pre-employment screening and background checks.
- Proficient in HRIS and onboarding processes, particularly Workday.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Able to communicate effectively with a global workforce and stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent.
