Job Description:
Responsible for nutritional care and follow up of patients and communicating information appropriately to other health professionals. Requires excellent customer service skills, a self -starter, and a positive attitude.

Education:
• Required: None
• Preferred: High School Diploma or Equivalent Education
• Preferred: education in nutrition and dietetics

Experience:
• Prefer experience in nutrition and dietetics

Skills:
• Basic reading and writing skills and able to do simple math
• Basic computer skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Able to follow directions and work together as a team player
• Able to move quickly
• Able to stand for long periods of time
• Strong communication skills with a focus on clear and concise phone etiquette
