At Ease Home Care – Urgent Hiring for a Highly Skilled, Compassionate Caregiver

At Ease Home Care in Idaho is seeking motivated and dependable Care Professionals to provide deliciously compassionate in-home care for seniors and adults. Join our supportive team and enjoy flexible hours, paid training, and the rewarding experience of helping others thrive every day.

Pay Rate: $17-20/hr DOE

Shift differential for weekend shifts and overnight shifts.

Flexible scheduling!

We work with your availability to get you to your preferred weekly hours every week.

Key Responsibilities

Provide companionship and engaging conversation
Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation
Offer medication and appointment reminders
Support personal care with all Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
Deliver specialized dementia and Alzheimer’s care
Provide transportation to errands and appointments

Requirements

Ability to pass background and DMV checks
Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
Willingness to work some weekends and drive throughout the service area
Compassionate, reliable, and professional attitude

Work Schedule & Benefits
