To support the academic success of virtual charter school students, multiple Pennsylvania Licensed Counselors or Social Workers will manage individual and group sessions remotely, with flexible scheduling available for both full-time and part-time positions. Key responsibilities Providing Behavioral Support Services to students with disabilities Developing and implementing effective Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Mentoring students on self-regulation and organizational skills Required qualifications Must possess a valid Pennsylvania counseling or social work license Experience working with students on Individualized Education Programs Willingness to obtain up-to-date clearances Proof of individual professional liability insurance or willingness to obtain it
