.NET & FACETS Developer

Salary: $112,320 - 112,320 per year Requirements:

• 10+ years of hands-on experience as a Senior FACETS Developer, with deep expertise in FACETS architecture, configuration, and core platform functionality
• Strong development skills in .NET and SQL
• Extensive healthcare operations experience, including Enrollment, Claims, and Provider Management, and experience with core EDI transactions such as 834 and 837 across at least two FACETS modules
• Experience customizing the FACETS data model and optimizing complex queries is preferred
• Hands-on experience with system integrations, FACETS upgrades, and downstream healthcare data pipelines is preferred
• Familiarity with healthcare compliance, HIPAA standards, and automated batch processing is preferred

• Design, code, test, and deploy backend extensions, integrations, and database solutions for our FACETS platform using .NET and SQL
• Configure and support core FACETS modules, including Enrollment, Claims, and Provider Management, to meet changing operational and business needs
• Manage EDI message processing and payload validation, ensuring compliance for 834, 837, and related transaction sets
• Troubleshoot and optimize performance, resolve data anomalies, and address integration issues across FACETS and connected systems
• Work with cross-functional technical teams, business analysts, and quality assurance leads to deliver end-to-end healthcare platform capabilities

Reporting to the Application Development Manager, this role leads technical solution design and backend development to address complex data integration, claims processing, and enrollment challenges and deliver scalable, reliable, and compliant healthcare solutions. This is a remote contract role for candidates working in the CST time zone, in the healthcare insurance domain.
