Sr QA Engineer (Insurance Domain Experience)

We are currently looking for a Sr QA Engineer with 10+ years of experience in QA with insurance domain to join our team on a freelance basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software testing and quality assurance, with a deep understanding of the insurance industry and its processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for insurance software applications
Identify, document, and track software defects and issues
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate resolution of issues
Perform regression testing and maintain test environments
Conduct risk analysis and prioritize testing activities
Continuously improve and optimize testing processes and procedures
Mentor and guide junior QA team members
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in software testing and quality assurance

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
10+ years of experience in software testing and quality assurance, with at least 5 years in the insurance domain
Strong knowledge of insurance industry processes and regulations
Experience with test automation tools and frameworks
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Proven track record of delivering high-quality software products on time
Relevant certifications in software testing and quality assurance will be an added advantage
