SIGN ON BONUS! $3000 Full - Time Resident Assistant RESIDENT ASSISTANT WAGE: Up to $18.50 per hour Starting Wage $16.00 per hour NOC Shift Differential $1.00 per hour Weekend Shift Differential $1.50 per hour RESIDENT ASSISTANT BENEFITS: Paid Time Off (PTO) Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance Disability Insurance 401k after one year of employment RESIDENT ASSISTANT ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Resident Assistant will perform and document resident cares and services according to ISP (Plan of Care) per policies Report changes of conditions and variations of resident care to DON (Director of Nursing) Resident Assistant should respond promptly to all emergency response calls and take appropriate action Facilitate activities on the weekends and in the evenings as required Serve meals/feed residents during mealtimes as required Perform cleaning and laundry duties as necessary Fill in for open shifts as necessary Resident Assistant will perform and document vital sign monitoring per ISP (Plan of Care) Answer and respond to all resident calls/alarms Resident Assistant will perform and document medication reminders or management per resident ISP (Plan of Care) and current training and delegations (Oral, Nasal, Topical, Transdermal, Ophthalmic, Vaginal, Rectal, Subcutaneous, etc.) *A Complete Resident Assistant Job Description Provided Upon Hire* #J-18808-Ljbffr Noel Manor Retirement Living
