About the Role Branch Office Administrator (BOA) – team up with financial advisors to help clients achieve long‑term financial goals. As a BOA, you provide administrative support to a financial advisor or a team of advisors and play a vital role in the client support team. Role Summary You’ll be a vital part of our team, providing seamless support to our clients. You’ll play a key role in supporting client accounts, facilitating communication, and ensuring a positive client experience. Key Responsibilities Deliver exceptional personalized service to ensure clients feel understood and informed. Take an active role in the annual business planning process to assist in developing strategies for the upcoming year. Actively listen for situations in clients’ lives that may indicate a need for additional services. Drive marketing activities such as planning and executing events. Qualifications Client Service: Provide exceptional service to clients via inbound and outbound calls, email, and in‑person interactions; respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure an exceptional experience; develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, referral sources, and internal client support team members. Account Management: Ability to learn and understand the financial services industry; handle account opening, account transfers and other requests; process account transactions, prepare documentation, and maintain accurate client records. Administrative & Operational Support: Work independently at the direction of the financial advisor; schedule appointments, prepare materials for client meetings, manage correspondence, and support marketing initiatives; streamline processes, update SOPs, and execute branch business plan strategically. Technology: Strong computer literacy and willingness to learn new technology and programs such as MoneyGuide, Salesforce, Microsoft Office products and other firm‑provided software. Support & Training Comprehensive 6‑month training, including an experienced peer mentor. A wide support network that extends from your branch office to your region to the home office. Work independently while having a team of thousands backing you every step of the way. The hiring minimum and maximum range shown below is a subset of the total pay range, with opportunities for merit‑based salary increases as you progress in the BOA role.
