What You’ll Bring to the Table:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Relevant experience in healthcare, call centers, or case work
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
• Experience working effectively with diverse populations, including culturally and linguistically disadvantaged groups
• Ability to navigate and efficiently use CRM and DC systems
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment

Nice to Have Skills:

• Prior experience in health insurance or benefits enrollment
• Knowledge of healthcare policy and program procedures
• Familiarity with remote working tools like Microsoft Teams

Preferred Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Healthcare or call center experience preferred but not required

Other Requirements:

• Ability to work remotely with a minimum internet speed of 300 Mbps
• Willingness to respond promptly to emails, calls, and messages during work hours
• Physical ability to sit for prolonged periods at a desk working on a computer
