Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Bilingual (Spanish and English) Customer Service Representative to join a 3rd party logistics company's customer service team in Pompano Beach FL. You’ll work with customers, business partners and drivers to make sure we are meeting our commitments and delighting our customers at every step of the experience
Day-to-Day: • Assist customers and business partners via telephone and email • Handle customer complaints in a calm, professional manner • Diagnose, assess, and resolve problems or issues • Monitor progress of delivery routes • Process changes or cancellations to delivery orders
Pay rate: 16.50-17/hr. Shifts: 1.) Sunday-Thursday 9 AM - 6 PM 2.) Tuesday-Saturday 9 AM - 6 PM
Skills and Requirements
Fluent in both Spanish and English 2+ years of customer service experience Experience with Microsoft Office programs such as MS Project, Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Strong communication skills and the ability to satisfactorily resolve issues Solid ability to multitask with exceptional organizational skills Ability to thrive under pressure while delivering solutions that exceed customer expectations Prior experience within the logistics, supply chain, warehouse or dispatch industry
