A well-established outpatient primary care practice in northern New York is seeking a board-eligible or board-certified Family Medicine physician to join a fully employed clinical team. The role focuses on providing comprehensive ambulatory care, preventive services, and chronic disease management for patients across all ages. The position offers stable daytime hours, strong administrative support, and a competitive compensation package.
Qualifications
- Board-eligible or board-certified in Family Medicine
- Active medical licensure or eligibility for licensure
- DEA registration or eligibility
- Strong clinical skills in preventive, acute, and chronic care
- Commitment to patient-centered, community-based practice
