Position: Full-Time Scheduler
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM EST
Location: Jacksonville, Florida

Seniors Helping Seniors® of Jacksonville provides compassionate, personalized in-home care to help older adults maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life. We are looking for a dependable, organized, and proactive Scheduler to join our team and help ensure our clients receive consistent, reliable care.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and maintain caregiver schedules to ensure all client shifts are covered.
• Match caregivers with clients based on care needs, availability, skills, and compatibility.
• Handle caregiver call-outs, shift changes, cancellations, and last-minute coverage needs.
• Communicate schedule updates promptly and professionally with caregivers, clients, and families.
• Monitor open shifts and proactively find suitable replacements.
• Maintain accurate client schedules, caregiver records, and documentation in WellSky.
• Coordinate with the recruitment and administrative teams regarding staffing needs.
• Assist with client schedule adjustments and other operational tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to remain calm, professional, and solution-oriented under pressure.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, email, and web-based applications.
• Experience in scheduling, administration, customer service, or staffing is preferred.
• Home care scheduling experience and familiarity with WellSky are an advantage.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and follow through on tasks.
• Compassionate and respectful when communicating with seniors, families, and caregivers.
