What You’ll Do

• Predictable 10-Hour Shifts: Work an efficient 180-shift annual footprint with no overnight hours and standard clinic times from 9am to 7pm.
• Low-Acuity Outpatient Focus: Manage an average volume of 20–30 patients per day (ages 3 months and up) covering simple trauma, suturing, splinting, and minor diagnostic workups.
• Turnkey Practice Infrastructure: Utilize on-site X-ray, lab draw stations, and a dedicated team of five clinical partners, and RN, MAs, and APPs.
• Student Loan Program Access: Benefit from practicing within an eligible organization for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) support.

Who You Are

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or Urgent Care
• Possess or eligible for an active California medical license
• Comfortable with standard outpatient procedures (suturing, splinting, minor biopsies, and IV placement)
• Spanish language proficiency is welcomed, though not required

• Guaranteed base salary of 376,200 plus incentive-based production bonuses
• Up to 40,000 sign-on bonus plus up to 20,000 in relocation support
