Qualifications

• State License License must be in hand at time of application.
• Certifications BLS (AHA). Willing to obtain allowed for BLS (AHA).
• Certifications ACLS (AHA). Willing to obtain allowed for ACLS (AHA).
• Specialty Experience 1+ years of experience in Endoscopy in last 3 years.
• Travel Experience 6 weeks of travel experience within the last 1 year.
• EMR Epic
• Skills Assessment ENO skills assessment with 2.7+ score.
• Additional Confirmations I have submitted all time off requests. I am aware that I cannot make additional requests after submission.
• Additional Confirmations Proficiency in administering, monitoring, and recovering conscious sedation, including the use of Propofol, Opioid Analgesics, and Versed is required.
• Additional Confirmations Experience with airway management, interpretation and management of dysrhythmias, and obtaining 12 lead EKG/ECG is required.
• Additional Confirmations Experience with endoscopy procedures including colonoscopy, EGD, esophageal varices and banding, and using balloon dilators, dilators, disposable grounding pads, electrosurgical units, forceps, foreign body equipment, and polyp snares, as well as circulating and specimen handling/labeling is required.
• Additional Confirmations Proficiency in starting and maintaining IVs is required.
• COVID Vaccine 1 booster required.
• Travel Contract Must travel at least 75.0 miles to receive a travel stipend. Local candidates are eligible, but the pay package may adjust the rate by a few dollars per hour, will not contain a travel stipend, and will be entirely taxable.
• Requested Time Off Up to 7 days of time off can be requested.
