Occupational Therapist / COTA – Elementary School | Two Opportunities

Kelly Pediatric Therapy is seeking a passionate Occupational Therapist (OT) or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for two school-based opportunities at an elementary school in the Willow Grove area.

Position 1 – Part-Time, Full School Year

• 3 days per week
• Full 2026–2027 school year
• Work directly with elementary-aged students in a supportive school environment

Position 2 – Maternity Leave Coverage

• Short-term opportunity through November
• Provide coverage for an OT/COTA maternity leave
• Ideal for a clinician looking for a temporary school-based assignment

What You’ll Do:

• Provide occupational therapy services to elementary-aged students
• Support students with fine motor, visual-motor, sensory, self-regulation, and functional skills
• Implement therapy plans aligned with students’ IEP goals
• Collaborate with teachers and other school-based professionals
• Document services and monitor student progress
• Participate as needed in IEP and multidisciplinary team meetings

Pediatric or school-based experience is preferred, but not required. Our team provides the support and resources you need to succeed in a school-based setting.

Qualifications:

• OT: Current state OT license and required degree
• COTA: Current state COTA certification/license
• Pediatric or school-based experience preferred, but not required
• New graduates are welcome to apply
